DINNER PARTIES
Chef Gene works with you in creating a delicious gourmet menu for any special dining event in your home. He consults with you about what kind of party you'd like to give, how many guests you plan to invite and any other detail to make your party perfect. Chef Gene will design a special menu of four or five courses for your particular tastes and help you pair up the best wines with the cuisine. (Chef Gene is happy to make changes to the menu to accommodate a guest's special requests or restrictions.)
Chef Gene will take care of all the shopping, arrange for any rentals needed and then schedule his highly professional and personable wait staff, as well as handle all other preparations so you only need to send out the invitations
On the day of your dinner party, Chef Gene will arrive at least 90 minutes before the first guest. He brings his own utensils and all the cooking equipment and begins the set-up for the night's festivities. The wait staff will finish any last-minute arrangements and then cheerfully greet
and serve your guests.
You'll enjoy a fantastic meal, our high-end four-star service and then, while you're savoring dessert, we'll scrub your kitchen spotless, as you bask in your guests' praise at what a clever host you are for bringing in a private chef to create such a memorable experience.
WEEKLY MEALS
Too busy or exhausted from a hectic day to cook? Let Chef Gene do it for you! Chef Gene offers meal plans to fit your family's tastes and schedules for you to enjoy whenever you want. Chef Gene will consult with you about your particular tastes and any dietary restrictions. He'll do all of the grocery shopping and on your scheduled "cook date", he'll arrive at your home and prepare the entrees and side dishes that you've chosen. Chef Gene packages your meals with easy reheating instructions and stores them in your refrigerator or freezer. He brings his own portable gallery of cooking utensils and equipment so your kitchen is left spotless.
Chef Gene is meticulous in choosing the freshest seasonal produce, organic meats and sustainable fish available, but he' also knows the top secrets for buying the best for you and your family at the most reasonable cost. And the bonus is you won't have to waste a single more minute of your valuable time waiting at the market checkout!

COCKTAIL PARTIES
Cocktail parties are a fabulous way to entertain neighbors and business associates all at once. Small bites and martinis encourage conversation and make friends of strangers.
Chef Gene fashions unique and hand-crafted hors d'oeuvres, tray-passed by Divoon Dining's professional and personable wait staff, for any special occasion or holiday you're celebrating.
Chef Gene designs a personalized menu of your favorite small bites as well as new classics and will create a specialty cocktail just for your party.
ROMANTIC DINNER FOR TWO
For an all inclusive $250 fee, Chef Gene will create an intimate and romantic four-course dining experience for two. Marriage proposals are Chef Gene's specialty, and he'll help you prepare for the special moment.
WEDDINGS
For weddings and receptions held in the privacy of a home, Chef Gene works with Charley Isabella King of Bluebell Events, an international wedding and party planning company (www.bluebellevents.com) in creating a beautiful and delicious wedding feast – from tasty amuse bouche to an abundant banquet to luscious desserts, and finishing with the perfect late-night snack.
