PRIVATE CHEF
Chef Gene helps you plan your special in-home dining event, then takes care of every detail so you can
relax, eat and drink, and be merry with your friends, family and guests.

How do you begin?  It's as easy as one-two-three!

One: Explore the Divoon Dining website.

Menus (click here) are laid out as Hors D'oeuvres (for a cocktail or holiday party, wedding reception), First
Courses, Salads, Soups, Entrees (Beef, Poultry, Fish, etc.), Side Dishes and Desserts.  You'll find many
tempting choices -- pick two or three for each course you would like.

Two: Call Chef Gene at (310) 663-8188 (at least three weeks before the party).

We'll chat about what kind of party you'd like to give, how many guests you plan to invite and, of course -- the
best part! -- the menu.  Chef Gene will match up the best pairing of the menu selections you've chosen. You
can always change the menu at a later time (if, for example, you find out a fussy guest hates brussels sprouts).

Chef Gene will take care of all the shopping (organic and seasonal meats, fish and produce), arrange for the
rental (if needed) of tables, chairs, chinas, linens, heat lamps -- or anything else -- and then schedule his
wonderful wait staff, as well as handle all other preparations, so you won't have to.

Three: Relax and Enjoy!

On the day of your dinner party or event, Chef Gene will arrive at least 90 minutes before the first guest.  He
brings his own utensils and cooking equipment and begins the set-up for the night's festivities.  The wait staff
will finish any last-minute arrangements and then cheerfully greet and serve your guests.

You'll enjoy a fantastic meal, our professional service and then, while you're savoring dessert, you'll bask in
your guests' praise at what a clever host or hostess you are for bringing everyone together for such a
memorable experience.  We'll clean up, wash the fine china, put away the family crystal, leaving your kitchen
as if we've never been there.

Entertaining at home can be fun again -- and so easy!
