Divoon Dining brings a five-star restaurant's Table One to your home!

Our many offerings comprise a cornucopia of delectable international and American cuisines.  We
have hundreds of recipes for you to select from in creating your own personalized menu with Chef
Gene Gerrard.

Choose three, four or five courses -- or indulge in the ultimate gourmand experience: our
seven-course tasting menu!   Any cuisine, any style -- vegetarian included! -- can be prepared
especially for you and your guests.  

Imagine beginning with an intensely flavorful French aioli soup, then move on to a luscious Italian
antipasto of slow-roasted Roma tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella layered with pesto and toasted pine
nuts, then segue to pan-roasted Alaskan Black Cod and Sungold Tomatoes, and finishing with
ginger creme brulee or home-made ice cream.

Complementing each course will be a fabulous wine personally selected by our Napa Valley wine
expert.

Chef Gene personally selects the organic meats and wild-caught fish for all the dishes he prepares.  
He scouts local Los Angeles Farmers' Markets, choosing only the freshest organic seasonal
produce.  Chef Gene uses only organic eggs and dairy in his cooking and hand-fashions all of our
divoon pastas.

Divoon Dining will also beautifully decorate your table -- don't worry, if you don't have the china,
silver, crystal, or linens, we'll take care of everything for you!  And our designer will create
gorgeous floral arrangements for your centerpiece.

Depending on your personal style, dinner service is formal or casual, or a bit of both -- you decide!
 
When the night is done, you'll be lavishly praised and thanked by your guests for indulging them in
a sublime culinary experience.
